Account and Data Deletion

If you want to delete your VibeConnect account and associated personal data, you can start the deletion process directly in the app.

In the app, open your account settings and choose the account deletion option. After confirmation, your account will be deactivated immediately, and the process of deleting associated data will be started.

You do not need to send an email, contact support, or wait for manual administrator approval to delete your account.

After you confirm account deletion in the app, you will lose access to your VibeConnect account. The account is deactivated, the user is signed out of the app, and associated data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, unless certain data must be retained for legal, security, anti-fraud, or legitimate business reasons.

Data that may be deleted includes:

• user account information,
• the email address associated with the account,
• saved offers, if any,
• app usage data associated with the account,
• partner profile, if the account was used as a partner,
• offers, images, and other partner content, where applicable.

Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, payment records, backup systems, or legitimate business reasons.

When we no longer need to retain such data, it will be deleted or anonymized.

Account deactivation starts immediately after confirmation in the app. Deletion or anonymization of associated data may be processed afterward within a reasonable time and in accordance with technical, security, and legal obligations.

Account deletion removes access to saved offers, partner data, published offers, and other features associated with your VibeConnect account.
